What will you do?

Daily Standards Execution & Documentation Control

• Support the establishment, maintenance, and routine updating of raw material standards, finished product standards, testing methods, and acceptance criteria.

• Prepare, proofread, number, issue, collect, archive, and obsolete standard documents to ensure correct version control.

• Maintain accurate and traceable standards records and databases for easy retrieval and audit readiness.

Raw Material Standards Development

• Gather and preliminarily review raw and auxiliary material specifications and technical files.

• Draft raw material acceptance standards and test item requirements; coordinate with suppliers to align specifications and communicate approved standards to factories and procurement teams.

Product Standards Support, Factory Support & Standards Implementation

• Assist in organizing, validating, and preparing product standards, corporate standards, and supporting documentation for official filing.

• Compile and update finished product release standards and testing indicators to support consistent execution across manufacturing sites.

• Communicate standards updates and change notifications to production sites and follow up on implementation status.

• Collect issues encountered by factories during standards execution; summarize and escalate for resolution and track follow-up actions.

Regulatory & Audit Documentation Support

• Provide standards-related documents to support product registration, change submissions, corporate standard filing, inspections, and system audits.

Other Assigned Tasks

• Complete additional standards management and documentation tasks assigned by the manager or department.

• Assist R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing with standards queries, data verification, documentation preparation, and information consolidation.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science & Engineering, Dairy Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields.

• Experience：3–5 years of experience in the infant formula or food industry, covering standards management, quality systems, regulatory support, or R&D quality.

• Familiar with GB standards and regulations related to infant formula.

• Understanding of the end‑to‑end process for developing product and raw material standards.

• Detail‑oriented, rigorous, highly responsible, and principled, with strong skills in document drafting and organization.

• Good communication skills.
